"Mr. Steven Ingrassia is courteous and professional. He took the time to review all my current policies to ensure that the coverages are sufficient to meet my needs or requirements. He also offered recommendations that might save some money on my homeowner's insurance premium and followed up on them in an email. During our meeting, he answered majority of the questions that I had to the best of his knowledge. However, there was a question that he was unsure of and did not want to give me a response that may not be aligned with the policy. So, he offered to get back to me on that which I appreciated . Overall, he and his staff are helpful and responsible."
